Yoga and Hypnobirthing

My names Lily, I’m a stay at home mama to my toddler Alfie (Beanie) who joins me on the mat for Family and Postnatal yoga!
After being a nanny for many years, I finally realised that as much as I love babies my real passion is to help support women through their journey into motherhood, from pregnancy, birth and into postpartum, whether it’s their 1st or 5th time! With the hope that they feel held, heard and supported, know matter which route their journey takes.
I teach Pregnancy / Postnatal / Yin / Kids and Family Yoga around Oxfordshire, along with offering Hypnobirthing Workshops and 1:1 Gentle Birth Prep for families in the comfort of their own home.
Please get in touch if you feel I can support you in someway, or If you would like to join a workshop or yoga practice.

Esther Abrey
Yoga
Esther’s classes offer a sanctuary for all, regardless of experience level. Her nurturing approach encourages you to explore your practice at your own pace, fostering mindfulness and inner peace.
Drawing from her extensive training and rich background in various yoga styles, including Ashtanga Vinyasa, restorative yoga, and yoga for athletes, Esther brings a nuanced approach to her classes. Her expertise extends to specialised areas such as pregnancy and postnatal (perinatal) yoga, yoga for anxiety, depression, PTSD, and applied Polyvagal Theory in yoga, Accessible and Chair Yoga, MBSR, and yoga nidra meditation. Esther’s teachings blend tradition with a modern understanding of movement, neuroscience, and meditation. Her gentle guidance allows students to connect with their bodies, breath, and minds, creating a space for growth and self-awareness.
When Esther isn’t on the mat, you can find her playing upside down with aerial yoga, sling and hoop, swotting up on the latest studies, tracking down her latest vinyl loves, with a nose in a book, and spending time with her (increasingly not so) little ones.
Join Esther on the mat in Twyford, Wallingford, Henley, Watlington, Streatley, and beyond, and reconnect with your body and mind.

Isie Carter
Yoga
My soul purpose is to help you create a life you love through deep remembering of who you really are, and what lights you up.
For you to feel whole, complete, unashamed of who you are.
If you want to feel free from self-doubt and fear, connected internally… mind, body and spirit; you’ve arrived in the right place.
My unique method of Spiritual Alchemy is the seemingly magical process of deep internal transformation.
By healing and freeing the inner parts of ourselves, it leads us to inner liberation.
We remember our authenticity. We are able to show up boldly; confident and self assured. We experience freedom from our fears; freedom from beliefs that no longer serve us. We stand in the fullness of our own power. We reclaim our eternal essence.

Henny Haworth-Booth
Ayurvedic and Holistic Health Consultant
Hello! I am Henny, a fully qualified Ayurvedic and Holistic Health Consultant offering one-to-one health consultations in person here at Watlington Wellness Centre (as well as at my home practice in Kencot, Oxfordshire) and online via zoom.
I offer a holistic approach to well-being, using the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda to help you find true balance in your mind, body and spirit. In Ayurveda, we understand that everyone is completely unique with a very individual mind-body constitution. When we live in alignment with what suits our constitution best we feel well, balanced, content and fulfilled. However, the stresses of life including relationships, work, diet, lack of sleep and even the weather, can take us out of balance. Through gaining a deep understanding of our mind-body constitution through an Ayurvedic consultation, we can learn how to keep our body & mind in balance.
Whatever your specific health concerns are, be they physical, mental or emotional, I can help guide you using the unique whole-body approach of Ayurveda that gets to the root cause of your symptoms. I particularly specialise in all gut related and digestive disorders such as GERD, IBS, wind, bloating, stomach pain, constipation, irregular bowels and acid reflux. However, I also have experience treating a wide variety of conditions including menopause, thyroid, menstrual, autoimmune, anxiety, insomnia, weight gain, eating disorders, joint pain, arthritis, and much more.
An initial consultation with me involves taking a deep dive into your personal health history. We discuss your daily routines around eating, sleeping and working, as well as your relationships and emotions. I also use Ayurvedic diagnostic tools of pulse & tongue diagnosis to help me gain a deeper insight into you as a unique individual. You will leave with a tailored therapy plan including personalised suggestions around diet and lifestyle as well as herbal supplement suggestions should you wish. Through treatment, you will learn how to understand and heal your body yourself, so that your symptoms don’t keep coming back.
If you are looking for a holistic, completely natural approach to your health concerns, as either an alternative to more conventional Western medication, or to complement and support your existing treatment, please do get in touch.
