Jennifer McCahill
Developmental Physiotherapist
and Gait Specialist
Jennifer graduated from the University of Toronto in 1998 with honours in Physical Therapy. From early in her career she specialised in paediatrics and has worked with children in Canada, USA, Australia and England. While living in Melbourne, Australia and working at the Royal Children’s Hospital, she completed her Master of Paediatric Physiotherapy with honours in 2004. She specialises in paediatric orthopaedics, neuro-orthopaedics and gait analysis. She has a special interest in foot deformity, cerebral palsy and orthopaedic surgery/ SDR, and the treatment of clubfoot with the Ponseti Method.
Since moving to Oxford in 2006, Jennifer has worked as a Specialist Physiotherapist at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre. In a job-share with Jane Freebody, she managed the Children’s Physiotherapy Service of Oxfordshire for 5 years.
Jennifer has completed post-graduate courses in gait analysis, multi-level surgery/ SDR in cerebral palsy, orthotic management, Kinesio-Taping, and is accredited in the Assisting Hand Assessment for children with hemiplegia.
She has been invited to teach courses nationally and internationally in Clubfoot and Cerebral Palsy. Jennifer also enjoys presenting research at national and international conferences.

Bethan Edwards

Hello, My name is Bethan. I have been working as a Physiotherapist since 2012, having qualified at Oxford Brookes University, Oxford, UK, with a first class degree. Prior to this I worked as a therapist in massage, aromatherapy, reflexology, sports massage and myofascial-release for 9 years.
I am passionate about injury prevention and assisting people in achieving their optimal quality of life so, alongside these touch therapies, I teach the movement of Pilates and Yoga.
I offer each individual the excellent care they need in a friendly, welcoming and accessible environment.

Emma Marsh
Emma Marsh Women’s Health Physiotherapy and Pilates
Emma is a specialised Pelvic Health Physiotherapist with extensive clinical experience and post graduate training in this field. In over 18 years of physiotherapy practice she has worked in private and NHS settings, most recently for the Oxford University Hospitals Trust as part of their Women’s and Men’s health Physiotherapy team.
Emma treats a wide variety of Women’s health conditions including bladder and bowel dysfunction, pelvic organ prolapse symptoms, pelvic pain and dyspareunia.
She also has a passion for treating women in pre and post natal stages with symptoms of pelvic girdle pain, musculoskeletal pain in pregnancy, diastasis recti, pelvic floor dysfunction or with general rehabilitation including scar therapy post delivery.
She enjoys having a positive impact on women’s pelvic health symptoms focusing on areas often ignored or presumed as something unchangeable.
Since completing training with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates institute she also relishes in teaching group and 1:1 Pilates.
When Emma is not with clients she keeps active, enjoying sporting hobbies with her family or creating something artistic.

Emma-Jane Harding
Specialist physiotherapist in musculoskeletal conditions /

With post-graduate MSc level training from King’s College London in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy, Emma-Jane brings expertise in lumbar spine, hip, groin and pelvic conditions, combining experience in clinical practice, teaching and research.
Previously, she worked at The South West London Elective Orthopaedic Centre within the Young Adult Hip Team for 7 years and for sports injury clinics across central London, including Harley St, Chelsea and Fulham.
Emma-Jane has also lectured for UK physiotherapy MSc programmes and at international hip conferences, ensuring her approach remains at the forefront of physiotherapy excellence.
Patient experience is at the heart of Emma-Jane’s approach, she provides detailed assessment, advice and bespoke management plans and exercise programmes for her patients.

Suzie Royston-Airey
Children’s Physiotherapist
Suzie has almost 20 years of experience in working with children with neurological, orthopaedic and developmental conditions, as well as movement disorders and FND. She has completed a post-graduate course in Bobath Therapy. She is passionate about supporting children to reach their maximum physical potential, allowing them to experience the joy that brings them.
From early in her career she specialised in paediatrics and gained specialty in respiratory therapy, paediatric orthopaedics and neurodevelopmental conditions. She has a special interest in cerebral palsy, including prematurity, other neurological conditions, developmental delay and DCD.
Since moving to Oxford in 2004, Suzie has worked at the Nuffield Orthopaedic Centre and for the Oxfordshire Community Physiotherapy team. Since leaving the NHS in 2023, Suzie works as a private practitioner in Watlington and the surrounding area.
Outside of work, Suzie has three girls, who keep her busy! She loves seeing the world through their eyes, and sharing her passions with them of biking, surfing and baking.
